Kforce has a client in Madison, NJ that is seeking an IT Support Specialist. Summary: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping others? We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide both remote and in-person technical support to employees and sales agents across the country. This role also includes on-site repair and support at Coldwell Banker branch offices as needed. Duties: * Deliver responsive technical support for desktops, laptops, and network systems-both remotely and in person * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including LAN, server, and connectivity problems * Configure new workstations and upgrade existing systems and software * Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems * Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and resolve issues using remote tools * Use a ticketing system to track and manage support requests * Lead and mentor junior team members as needed
