Risk Strategies is seeking a customer-focused and solutions-driven IT Support Specialist for our front-line technical support team. This is an onsite role in Roseville CA.

This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality technical support to internal teammates by resolving hardware, software, and remote access issues. This role will also assist in managing, maintaining, and repairing company-issued laptops and peripherals. 

Your Impact:

Provide technical support for Microsoft-based systems and Dell hardware platforms, including hardware and software troubleshooting; Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve support tickets with a focus on first-contact resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Communicate effectively with customers to provide timely updates and ensure satisfaction; Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and updates using a ticketing system.Manage laptop deployment and support across a national user base, including imaging, remote setup for new hires, and hardware diagnostics/repairs.Maintain system documentation and knowledge base content.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably supporting a large or distributed customer base; Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platformWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation (typically one weekend day per month for 4 hours); On-site support requiredStrong hardware and peripheral support experience including understanding of hardware configurations and capabilities; Strong understanding of Windows 11 and system imaging tools (SCCM experience preferred)Experience supporting Microsoft M365 suite (OneDrive, Outlook365, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams)Familiarity with VPN, VDI, and domain account management, including password resetsBasic understanding of VoIP phone systems (RingCentral a plus); Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, MFA, and SSOFamiliarity with troubleshooting iOS and Android mobile device

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $34.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
