Interim IT Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Interim IT Support Technician to support a great company in the E1 area of London. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional to make an immediate impact within a highly regarded team.
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to staff, ensuring smooth running of IT systems, and assisting with ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
What you will do:

 Provide first- and second-line supportSet up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printersSupport users with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other common applicationsTroubleshoot network and connectivity problemsAssist with system upgrades, migrations, and other IT projectsOffer AV technical support for events onsiteWhat you will need:At least 5 years experience in a similar role  A sense of urgency and strong problem solving skills to ensure that downtime is minimalStrong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
You will need to be available to work onsite in East London for 5 days a week from 28th July until the end of August. What you will get in return:
