About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our team in Mexico City who can help us support our employees all around the globe. The tasks consist on the following:
Service Desk & Helpdesk: Preparing laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote support to our employees globally, both with Windows and macOS. Plan, design and develop our IT environment and any processes that can be automatized. Prepare the onboarding and IT material for new employees. Manage our Google systems and licences. Manage tech material Support and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms. Support our offices around the world.About you
+2 years of experience in a similar position. Good communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are welcome). Experience installing and managing networks is desirable Experience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus. Desirable to have knowledge about Jira or other ticketing tools. Be decisive and organised. Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
