Kforce is working with a client in search of an IT Support Specialist to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire and on-site near Eatontown, NJ. Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, systems administration, and logistical support for a technology-driven commercial printing environment. This role focuses on resolving daily technical issues, managing support tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation and logs. You'll be joining a small team and will get a ton of exposure to networking, windows server environment, and interesting projects that will help you grow in your career. The role has tremendous opportunity to learn new skill set. IT Support Specialist's Key Responsibilities: * Deliver prompt and effective first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues * Install and configure software and hardware components * Set up and manage new user accounts and access * Administer Microsoft 365, phone systems, and security platforms * Oversee mobile device and printer management * Train staff on technology tools, policies, and best practices * Maintain detailed records of technology assets and ensure compliance * Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources * Be available for occasional after-hours support as needed
