IT Support Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Alberta's midsized Energy/Waste companies for a 6 month contract with highly likely possible extensions. This person will be the sole first line of defense for the Edmonton area. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with incident resolution, tier 1-2 support, or service request management throughout the Edmonton area. Skills and Requirements -3+ years Tier 1-2 Support Experience -Basic Networking understanding i.e. - routers, switches, replacing access points, switch access etc. -Remote/mobility support: phones/applications/tools etc. -Experience with ServiceNow, or Jira or Active Directory -Proficiency with Microsoft Suite -Experience with re-matter application -Fresh Service (current ticketing system being used) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
