This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide **technical support** to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. + Install, configure, and maintain **computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals** . + Manage **Active Directory** , including user creation, terminations, and access control. + Support and troubleshoot **Microsoft 365 applications** (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). + Monitor and resolve **IT service requests** through ServiceNow or SpiceWorks. + Implement and enforce **IT security policies** and best practices. + Assist in **IT asset management** , including hardware/software inventory tracking. + Collaborate with global IT teams on system upgrades and corporate IT projects. + Provide **training and guidance** to employees on IT tools and policies. **Requirements:** + **1-2 years of experience** in IT support or a related field. + **Technical training or certifications** (Microsoft certifications – an advantage). + Strong knowledge of **Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies** . + Experience with **Active Directory management** . + Familiarity with **Microsoft 365 applications and IT service management tools** . + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate **technical concepts** to non-technical users. + **Fluent English** (additional languages – an advantage). + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 📩 **Ready to join a global team and take your IT career to the next level?
