Job Description Summary
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility: This candidate selected for this position will be expected to perform in various aspects of IT infrastructure to include executive office, Audio/Video (A/V) support, and other critical day to day IT functions at NCR Voyix headquarters.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-user support and executive office/senior management IT support.Participating in project work, including real estate projects, and the installation and maintenance of network, communications, and AV equipment.Providing hands-on client software support, including LAN/WAN network, telephony, and printer support. Supporting PC laptops, desktops, and high-end engineering workstations, including staging, restoring, and recovering PCs. Resolving help desk incidents in line with service level agreements, and identifying, tracking, and resolving IT issues with global teams. Expertise in hardware troubleshooting and repair, including replacing PC parts.Participating in IT planning and program execution. Managing site conference rooms. Assisting in planning and executing business continuity strategies. Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Provide user support and training for Microsoft 365 applications.Monitor and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.Entering weekly timesheets into management systems. Additional responsibilities include coordinating IT upgrades, new implementations, refresh programs, and corporate real estate-driven expansions. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with site-based cross-functional teams, work well in a team environment, and possess excellent organizational skills.Experience with Microsoft 365 administrationExperience with PowerShell scriptingFlexibility to support out-of-office hours may also be required. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in LAN/WAN and technical support.Attributes / Key Competencies:
Proficient in IT infrastructure and executive office support.Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services and applications.Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.Highly available for end-user and project support before, during, and after office hours.Capable of supporting key executive events, such as management meetings.Able to support multiple sites as needed.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner, innovative, and organized.Adaptable to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. Open to new or alternative approaches.Effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly to all levels of management.Skilled in collaborating with in-country business teams, in-country IT, regional IT, and global IT teams.Flexible working hours to accommodate IT project steps outside of office hours.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Action-driven, service-oriented, self-managed, and highly autonomous.Strong process discipline with a focus on ethics and compliance.Solid understanding of IT development and support processes.Requirements:
