To Apply for this Job Click Here Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end IT support across the warehouse, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, scanners, mobile devices, and desktop systems.Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems, escalating as necessary.Manage user account creation and access permissions.Provide basic support and maintenance for security software.Set up, configure, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support team operations and business needs.Onsite Monday through Friday; must also be available for on-call support in case of emergencies.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.Proven experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, and various IT devices.Solid understanding of network and connectivity troubleshooting.Familiarity with security systems.Proficiency with Power BI, including setup, configuration, and report/dashboard development.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required T1422654-PHI_1754325678 To Apply for this Job Click Here
