IT Support Coordinator

We are looking for an IT Support Coordinator. This position will be based at our Southaven Distribution Center in Southaven, MS.

The Support Coordinator will assist the IT Specialist with a range of tasks to ensure all device hardware is working properly. The tasks will include testing, deploying & maintaining hardware throughout the facility. The ideal person should be able to work independently and multitask between priorities. The Support Coordinator will work with the Operations Support Team led by the Continuous Improvement Engineer Manager. This person must have the flexibility to work on weekends and across shifts.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Computer skills proficiency required to include warehouse management systems experience. At least 2 years’ experience working technical IT and Lean Background or related experience. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong verbal communication General knowledge PC setup Ability to manage assignments to completion Ability to manage shifting priorities Assist the Industrial Engineer on maintaining the Locus robot functionality. Have the working knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams.

You’ll make an impact by:

Setup & onboarding of IT hardware (PC, Printers, Scanners) Install software for security & upgrades Assist with projects to support the rollout of IT initiatives Support front line users within the DC Submit & monitor tickets with IT partners Test and deploy devices within the DC Support and assist the Engineering Team on Projects to include: Lean activities, Efficiency, Productivity, Throughput and Quality improvements. Preform audits on Continuous improvement activity such as Tier 1 boards, 5s, Kaizen improvements, etc. Support yearly Value Stream Mapping of the facility (Performing Time Studies and Identifying Opportunity of Improvement). Work with internal teams and vendors on Continuous Improvement activities. Document, Format Work Instructions and tracking training to completions. Assist the Industrial Engineer on maintaining the Locus robot functionality.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
