Job Summary
The IT Strategic Planning Specialist supports the organization's digital transformation efforts by advancing the Digital Target Operating Model (DTOM) through structured strategic planning processes. This role serves as the point of contact for the IT Strategic Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) and is responsible for driving measurable IT objectives aligned to enterprise goals through OKR methodology. The Specialist partners with cross-functional teams, including Metrics & Analytics and ServiceNow governance teams, to automate OKR monitoring, facilitate alignment across the Digital Technology Organization (DTO), and ensure strategic planning efforts are integrated with industry frameworks and internal governance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration (with IT focus), or related field required Master's Degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, MBA, or a related field with an emphasis on IT strategy or enterprise architecture preferred 5-7 years of experience in technology strategic planning or IT governance, with a focus on applying frameworks like DTOM to operationalize enterprise goals required 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) frameworks, including gap analysis, target-setting, and corrective action planning required Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries preferred Experience handling and working with sensitive data preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven ability to act as a Center of Excellence (CoE) lead or subject matter expert, developing reusable tools, templates, and knowledge assets for enterprise-wide adoption. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow for strategic governance, specifically configuring modules for strategic goal lifecycle management, workflow automation, and real-time performance tracking. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) to ensure compliance and operational alignment and their role in DTOM execution. Experience partnering with Data Analytics/BI teams to translate business goals into measurable KPIs and automate reporting dashboards. Strong background in stakeholder training and communication, including workshops, playbooks, and progress reporting to senior leadership. Strong problem solving, oral and written communication skills. Ability to influence, build relationships, negotiate, and present to senior leaders.Licenses and Certifications
