Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through Certain Competitive Service/Modified Direct Hire Authority. Responsibilities You will provide direction and oversight on IT services and integrated cybersecurity programs. You will recommend alternate technological solutions in support of client requirements and budgetary constraints. You will monitor cybersecurity compliance of the cloud services, networks, systems, and Modeling and Simulation systems to manage risk and more rapidly adjust resources to meet fluctuating and unpredictable operational requirements. You will implement Risk Management Framework (RMF) to secure and provision networks, systems, and applicants. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following:1) Providing IT services for cybersecurity programs;2) Assisting with Risk Management Framework (RMF) across a wide range of classifications, networks, and systems; and3) Providing IT operational support, procurement, and configuration management. GS-13: Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following:1) Managing cybersecurity programs, providing direction and support on IT services and cybersecurity programs;2) Implementing Risk Management Framework (RMF) across a wide range of classifications, networks, and systems to include modeling & simulation; and3) Managing IT Core Services such as operational support, procurement, and configuration management. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education There are no educational substitutions. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
