Key Responsibilities:

Provide customized IT support across departments, both remotely and in-person. Administer and develop Airtable and Softr platforms for business operations. Perform complex system setups, integrations, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with operational goals. Stay current with industry-specific technologies and best practices. Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Specialist (preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector). Proficiency in Airtable and Softr applications. Strong understanding of hardware, software, network administration, and cybersecurity protocols. Ability to handle custom builds, configurations, and integrations.
