Department: Operational Support / IT
Reports to: IT Manager or Operations Director
Your Role
You ensure reliable IT operations across office and field locations. You act as the internal expert for systems and network management.
What You’ll Do
Maintain Windows/Linux servers, including backups, updates, recovery
Configure and manage network equipment: firewalls, routers, switches
Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support (setup, troubleshooting, software installs)
Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, VPN, email systems
Monitor system health; detect and resolve issues in real time
Evaluate and deploy new hardware and software to meet business needs
Manage software licensing and maintain accurate inventory
Liaise with vendors for procurement, support, and warranty services
Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incidents
Train staff on IT tools and security best practices
Support regional site rollouts and travel to on-site or field locations
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
3+ years experience managing servers, networks, and endpoints
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking standards, and virtualization
Experience with backup systems, firewalls, VPN, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Familiarity with Office 365, mobile device management, and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Proven troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network layers
Effective communicator; capable of training users and collaborating with diverse teams
Highly organized; adept at prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines
Willing to travel to regional offices, field sites, and construction locations
