Description
We are looking for a skilled IT SOX Auditor to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating IT controls and ensuring compliance within a dynamic technology environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of accountability and ethical practices.
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive IT SOX audits, including planning, execution, and reporting, to assess compliance with organizational standards.
• Conduct walkthroughs of IT processes to gain a thorough understanding of systems and identify potential risks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, such as access management and change control processes.
• Prepare detailed workpapers and document audit findings in accordance with established guidelines.
• Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders, including the Controller and auditees.
• Stay informed about evolving IT policies, standards, and industry best practices to ensure effective audit processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to achieve audit objectives and maintain a cohesive working environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards in all audit activities.
• Travel domestically or internationally as needed to conduct audits and assessments.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.

Requirements • Proven experience in IT auditing, with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Strong understanding of IT control frameworks, such as COBIT, and their practical application.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and ERP platforms.
• Ability to analyze and document audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Familiarity with IT processes, including access controls and change management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
