WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Expert knowledgeable in the Planning, Budgeting Forecasting, and Reporting (PBF&R) domain with specific focus on Tagetik application. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, be adept at managing diverse projects, and have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT-related studies. 5+ years of experience in IT Finance

· Know-how and proven experience with CCH® Tagetik. Knowledge of other Finance applications is advantageous

· Understanding of business processes in the context of Finance, especially around Planning, Budgeting Forecasting, and Reporting (PBF&R)

· Demonstrated experience in project management with a willingness to lead a diverse range of projects and initiatives from an IT perspective

· Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive tasks execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals

· A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

· Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies

· Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments

· Understanding of common industry frameworks such as SCRUM

· Experience in working with Atlassian toolset like Jira, Confluence

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

· Lead, manage, and support from IT perspective multiple projects related to Tagetik and other initiatives within Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting (PBF&R)

· Prepare comprehensive project-related documentation

· Collaborate with external partners to effectively manage projects and initiatives

· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives

· Organize and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals

· Partner with other IT colleagues to deliver value to business stakeholders

· Provide consulting services to optimize and streamline business processes

· Ensure proper user support and collaborate with the support team to prioritize and implement feature requests and bug fixes based on user needs and business priorities
