The IT Solution Developer Low-Code/No-Code is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the OutSystems platform. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. The role increasingly incorporates AI technologies into Low-Code/No-Code solutions to enable intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Do
Requirements collection: Collaborate with Stakeholders teams and Business Analysts to gather and document requirements for Low Code/No-Code apps.Design and Develop: Design and develop Applications, platforms and Automations using the OutSystems platformData and App Integration: Integrate applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIsSystem Operation and Maintenance: Maintain and expand various IT systems based on the Low Code/No-Code platformsUse case Review and Digitalization: Converting use cases to automated, digital processes with or tools on low-code/no-code platforms.AI-powered automation: Development and integration of AI-based functionalities into Low-Code/No-Code applications to support intelligent workflows and data-driven decision-making.Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the quality of applications.Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with Digital Product Owner to support IT solutions that meet business requirements and support the technical proof of concepts.Documentation: Documenting system architecture of solutions or technical application landscapeWhat You Need to Be Successful
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in Outsystems O11 development.3+ years of experience in the IT architecture Tool landscape.Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling.Experience in analyzing Data Structures and deriving actionable insights.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Practical experience integrating AI technologies into Low-Code/No-Code platforms.Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools and their application in business processes.Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environmentAbility to read, analyze and interpret technical manuals and design papersBonus Points if You Have
