Logistics at full potential
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for optimizing warehouse management systems (WMS)? As a WMS Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of WMS solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with process owners and ensure the smooth operation of WMS systems across our global network.
What do you do on a daily basis in a role of our IT Solution and Delivery Specialist:
Implement and deploy setups and configurations for new sites and customers Collaborate with business stakeholders to create tailored solutions based on business requirements Supervise and manage Seeburger EDI platform interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with WMS standards Analyze process dependencies and design, define, and configure related application settings Identify, specify, and implement required changes and improvements within the application Document changes, processes, and configurations in the warehouse management system Provide 2nd line IT support (L2) and collaborate with 1st and 2nd line support teams to deliver 3rd line support when needed Oversee SNOW incidents, analyze requests and errors, and ensure timely resolutions
Candidate Profile:
Previous work experience with WMS Reflex system Previous hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting WMS systems Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to propose optimal solutions based on WMS capabilities Familiarity with software development methodologies and techniques Experience supporting medium to large-sized organizations Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset Fluent in English and communicative proficiency in Polish
