【業務内容:】
IT サイトスペシャリストとしてユーザーサポートを実施していただきます。
徐々に業務の幅を広げながら、並行してメインの業務改善に取り組んでいただきます。
コミュニケーションを楽しみながら、その人の立場になって物事を考えることが成長の鍵となります。
ユーザー(社員)サポート 障害やサービスリクエストを迅速かつ効率的にトラブルシュートし、解決する。ITインフラを監視および管理し、最適な性能とセキュリティを確保する。インストール、構成、トラブルシューティング、アップデートを含むローカルアプリケーションのサポートと維持を行う。アプリケーション所有者や開発者と協力してアプリケーション関連の問題を解決し、最適な性能を提供する。他のITスタッフや部門と協力して、ITプロジェクトや方針の展開を実施および維持する。将来の参照のために技術的な問題、解決策、プロセスを文書化する。エンドユーザーに対してトレーニングやサポートを提供し、ITスキルと知識を向上させる。ITポリシー、手順、およびベストプラクティスの開発と実施を支援する。メイン業務のほかに業務システムの運用サポート 例：楽楽明細を利用した売上伝票発行ログの確認および問題発生時のリカバリー作業 場合により業務システムサポートチームへのエスカレーション【必須の経験・スキル:】
大卒以上ITヘルプデスクなどの実務経験が2年以上優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力チームプレイヤーであり、自発的に業務に取り組める方【あると望ましい経験・スキル】
ITプロフェッショナル認定資格英語に抵抗のない方、積極的に英語を学ぶ意欲のある方ITの幅広い知識をお持ちの方（ソフト、ハード、サービス）IT自体に興味があって、新しい技術や業界のベストプラクティスについて情報を収集し続けることができる方【勤務地】ベックマン・コールター株式会社本社（江東区有明）
