Key Responsibilities: * Design, author, and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to support efficient OS imaging, patching, and software deployment processes * Create and maintain software packages, dynamic task sequences, and operating system images for deployment through MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune * Lead or support large-scale Windows 11 upgrade and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to end users * Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using modern deployment practices and version control * Monitor deployment success, log errors, and perform root cause analysis for failed installations or imaging tasks * Collaborate with security, networking, and help desk teams to ensure consistent endpoint configurations and compliance * Maintain thorough documentation of deployment standards, task sequences, and troubleshooting procedures * Stay current with evolving Microsoft tools and technologies and recommend improvements to optimize deployment and imaging strategies
