Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team remotely. This person will be joining the team of project managers that primarily focuses on infrastructure and network services. This PM would be working on two different projects - the first project focuses on Service now upgrades and the applications within ServiceNow to maximize its potential. The Project Manager will be focusing on the upgrades as well as figuring out what development will be needed on some of the features within the applications. The second project relates to refreshing the IT Datacenter. There are various different networking equipment within the Datacenter that was purchased from other vendors and the goal of this project is to have all of the equipment (switches, routers, etc) sourced from within the company. The PM would be attending the various different meeting with the business to figure out what equipment is needed to be removed/replaced and relaying the important Information back to the IT department. This PM should have excellent communication skills as they are going to be the face of the IT department to the business side.

Skills and Requirements
-6+ years as an IT Project Manager
-ServiceNow incident management upgrades / xMatters notification upgrades
-Vendor management / System Integrator management
-Experience with MS Project
-Proven Experience with PowerBI for reporting
-Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies
-Excellent Communication Skills
-PMP Certification Experience working within the Utilities space
Scrum Experience/Scrum Certifications null
