Move the world from behind the scenes with your IT expertise and passion for game-changing data analytics by being a key player in Siemens vision to become a data driven company.Your mission will be… Assume end-to-end responsibility for your Data Analytics product and manage a global team of finance domain data engineers and experts across multiple locations to drive the Siemens’ digitalization.Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:Assume end-to-end responsibility and ownership for your service and projectsCoordinate and manage developments of internal and 3rd party consultants/developers to develop and maintain the assigned serviceBe the bridge between our business stakeholders and IT expertsSupport the team on identifying priorities, project escalations and individual coachingEnsure that work is carried out in accordance with agreed quality, audit, and security standardsDrive digitalization with new technologies and trends and strive for continuous service improvementBe responsible for communication, collaboration, and relationship management of key internal and external stakeholders, regarding service status, planning, and information sharingSupport cost controlling and resource planning in your area of responsibilityGrow/foster an agile mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working methods)Build deep relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor for their most critical finance processes that support their digital transformationBe open to take ownership of additional key topics within your domainWe are looking for someone with…University degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experienceMore than 2 years of experience managing IT projectsExcellent communication and mediation skillsHands-on experience with finance data models (e.g. SAP raw data)Knowledge in SQL, analyzing and modeling datasetsExperience in visualization technologies (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP SAC)Ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into business termsCustomer centric mindsetStrong ownership orientation, thriving in owning topics end-to-endBusiness fluent English language skills (written and spoken)What you can expect from us…A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
