**Job Description:**
As the IT Service Operations Analyst, this individual will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across the organization during our exciting modernization journey. The IT Service Operations Analyst will be instrumental in establishing program management standards and operational practices that promote transparency in the services supporting our business technology sector teams. Your contributions will drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations, ensuring that we remain aligned with our organizational goals and objectives. This position will be located in Raritan, NJ.
The Program Management component of the role will support the design, build and establishment of standards for program management, reporting, governance and communications. These standards will be integrated throughout the organization, with adherence tracked and monitored to drive continuous improvement and measurable impact. The role will support the creation of a forum to conduct regular program reviews and deep dives to reinforce the need for delivery excellence and the transition to ongoing support and maintenance through the Application Reliability team. Additionally, the role will help to explore and implement mechanisms to leverage innovative technologies such as RPA and GenAI to automate and streamline program management and service operations.
Another key aspect of the role is to work in partnership with a standing APDR Service Industrialization team. This will enable the ongoing development and maturity of our APDR services in a consistent manner that ensures our services are scalable, efficient and value oriented. The intent of Service Operations will be to drive ongoing adherence to our service industrialization methodology while also tracking, reporting and monitoring service consumption, adoption, cost and other related variables in an effort to drive service excellence, service growth and rationalization. This will also activate best practices and drive greater cross collaboration across functional areas in the broader TS organization.
This position requires an individual who is able to learn and build strong collaboration and communication skills, gain a strong understanding of technology, able to support the development of business strategies, and aspire to strong operational excellence skills. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to support the ongoing modernization of our APDR organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**APDR Strategy Development and Execution**
+ Support the Director of Program Strategy & Service Operations and the APDR Leadership Team to design our strategy that aligns with Technology Services priorities, goals, and objectives.
+ Help to drive the ongoing reporting and tracking of our strategy and Goals & Objectives (G&Os).
+ Work with APDR members to identify and define strategic priorities and initiatives.
**Strategic APDR Program Management**
+ Help to enhance visibility into key strategic programs for APDR on a global scale.
+ Create and implement consistent reporting standards, tools, and communication practices for program management.
+ Monitor program priorities, surface escalations and issues, and establish holistic timelines.
+ Identify best practices and success stories for broader distribution within Technology Services and Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT).
+ Help to design, implement, and support governance processes for programs and projects to monitor progress, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within APDR by implementing lessons learned and encouraging knowledge sharing initiatives.
**Strategic Operational Excellence and Service Management**
+ Support the Program Strategy & Service Operations Director to drive operational excellence across APDR capabilities and build consistent methods for communicating and cascading progress across all services uniformly—this will be in partnership with services leaders.
+ Develop and implement performance metrics, Objective Key Results (OKRs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
+ Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and cost optimization.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
**Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Build strong relationships with APDR and Business Technology (BT) counterparts, vendors, and partners to effectively understand and address their needs.
+ Represent APDR in internal and external forums as a spokesperson for the department when necessary.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ 1 or more years of relevant technical experience required.
+ Ability to partner and engage with a cross-section of people at multiple levels of the organization.
+ Interest and aptitude to build program management skills.
+ Strong relationship and communication skills, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
+ Building a network across APDR will be important to the success in this role.
+ Ability to work independently as needed, with guidance and support from Director of Program Strategy & Service Operations.
+ Ability to manage multiple work items with competing priorities to meet deadlines.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience with Power BI and building interactive dashboards and reports.
**Other:**
+ Travel percentage - up to 10%.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $63,000- $102,350
