 The Opportunity:

CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, IT Service Management (ITSM), SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the Task 3 End User and Common Devices and Task 4 Enterprise IT Infrastructure Support functions 

Defines and ensures application of end-user and infrastructure standardized processes, procedures, and tools across EMITS 2 operations 

Collaborates with the MPL Operations Manager and MPLs to tailor end-user and infrastructure standardized processes and procedures to meet specific MP requirements 

Collaborates with the MP Operations Manager and Mission Continuity Office (MCO) to identify required training and certifications for personnel supporting end-user and infrastructure roles 

Supports Innovation Council Meetings and attends and participates in weekly technical status meetings 

Maintains knowledge and expertise on emerging policies and technologies that impact or support improvements to end-user and infrastructure processes, procedures, and tools 

Identifies applicable innovations and emerging technologies and develops and recommends technology insertion and continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness of end-user and infrastructure processes 

Develops project planning schedule that addresses the strategy, logistics, and resources required to successfully complete technology insertion and continuous improvement projects 

Develops project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and schedules that identify key milestones and provides critical path information 

Manages projects in accordance with the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan, including risk and communications management and quality management 

Collaborates with the MP Lead to identify and assign qualified and trained personnel to support development and implementation of projects 

Monitors and assesses Task 3 and 4 functional process performance and corrects deficient Task 3 and 4 processes 

Promulgates engineering process corrective actions, improvements, lessons learned, and best practices across all MP teams 

Supports MPLs with investigations into Task 3 and 4 process issues and rapidly adapting to dynamic requirements changes 

Collaborates with the MP Operations Manager, MPLs, and MCO to identify end-user and infrastructure personnel development and upskilling plans and adaptations to changing requirements  

Produces and/or is responsible for deliverable(s) 

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

 Supervises multi-function project teams consisting of 5 to 15 personnel  

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain an SCI 

BA/BS +13 years recent experience 

Certification CISSO or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated or Training and Additional Certification(s)  

Demonstrates mastery of IT Service Management principles, with expertise in end-user services and enterprise IT infrastructure within complex operational environments.  

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of standardized IT processes, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies, including Work Breakdown Structures and critical path analysis.  

Exhibits strategic expertise in leading multi-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and adapting to dynamic requirements.  

Showcases proficiency in monitoring and assessing process performance, implementing corrective actions, and developing personnel upskilling plans.  

Displays strong leadership skills in quality assurance, risk management, and cross-departmental collaboration.  

Desired background in government or large-scale enterprise IT operations, ITIL frameworks, and technology insertion project management. 
 

Desired:  

Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs 

Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards 

Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$115,600 - 254,200 USD
