CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated **IT Service Management (ITSM)** **Specialist** to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.  Responsibilities: + Ensure team compliance with enterprise vision, governance policies, procedures, regulations, schedules, and stakeholder engagement plans. + Oversee high-quality service delivery through collaborative customer and team processes, performance reviews, and demonstrations. + Promote open communication and collaboration across all team levels, utilizing detailed performance metrics to measure effectiveness. + Champion IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise. + Develop and maintainlifecycle project management plans for replacing and updating hardware. + Perform quality assurance management functions to maintain operational excellence. + Lead quantifiable CSI efforts, continuously improving IT service delivery and infrastructure. + Provide guidance and strategic support for optimizing IT management and control. Qualifications: _Required:_   + Must hold a currentTop Secret clearance and be SCI eligible + A BS/BA(degree in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience, AS/AA and 10+ years of experience + Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) _Desired:_   + Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments + Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems + 8 years of experience in IT service delivery, governance, and compliance. + ITIL 4 Foundation Certification - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
