**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
+ Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently.
+ Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
+ Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
+ Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
