What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
