The Hobby Lobby Service Desk Technician (TIER1 Technical Support) experiences this each day with our peers and end-users! As a TIER1 Technician you get to have a direct and positive impact as you respond to incoming requests for Technology support to resolve desktop, application, network, hardware, and software issues with our end-users. We also get to support Project Management teams by providing maintenance, software installations, and updates for our corporate and retail store environments.

Primary Functions / Job Description Act as the initial contact for all end-users that require technical support for internal Hobby Lobby applications, IT Security concerns, and other related end-user hardware or software challenges.
