Must Have: 

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 10 years of experience with ERP. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Nice to Have:

At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud HCM (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits) – involved in the implementation phase starting from requirements gathering till Go live. At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle. Compensation Module expertise – experience in every year cyclic activities on compensation –around new incentives roll out, merit based / short term based etc. Experience on talent management – Goals, Performance would be an additional advantage. (but not a must) Drive the requirement workshops for the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM Cloud, design and configuration. Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Communication and Analytical skills
