We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** Zimmer Biomet is seeking a UK-based, IT Senior Business Analyst to lead the design, development, and optimisation of systems that support our commercial and customer excellence functions. This role will be based within the United Kingdom and will require regular on-site presence at key UK locations, collaborating closely with business stakeholders based both in the UK and the wider EMEA region. The IT Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, ensuring alignment with our broader IT strategy and commercial objectives. The role includes leading medium to large sized initiatives from inception to completion, while actively supporting technology deployments and digital transformation efforts within the UK and wider EMEA region. **How You'll Create Impact** + Work closely with UK based Commercial Sales and Customer Excellence teams to identify, document, and consolidate business and functional requirements. + Collaborate closely in-person with the Business Systems Manager, based in the UK, on technology solutions support the needs of the business. + Gain a strong understanding of business operations and processes to contribute effectively to the analysis, design, implementation, and optimisation of systems. + Lead and manage UK-based projects through their full lifecycle through to closure and benefits realisation. + Support the implementation and continuous improvement of CRM systems, Incentive Management, Sales Planning, and other commercial applications. + Provide technical expertise, guidance and innovative solutions for commercial operations. + Implement proof of concept technology solutions in the UK, with scalability potential across the wider EMEA region. + Support ongoing enhancements and demand management for UK Commercial Sales and Customer Excellence systems. + Frequently attend customer visits with commercial team members in the UK to understand how IT can be leveraged to further enhance commercial automation, simplicity and customer experience. + Maximise usage of applications (including SAP and Commercial Systems) across UK teams in line with EMEA strategies and in collaboration with Application Centres of Excellence. + Document current vs. future IT application functionality to drive system optimisation within the UK. + Actively contribute to the digital transformation agenda, focusing on harmonisation, simplification, and digitisation of commercial processes. + Work closely with UK-based commercial leaders to help shape business improvements, automation strategies, and recommend new technologies or enhancements. + Drive continuous improvement of the application portfolio in collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders. + Manage relationships with vendors for support and new system implementations. + Collaborate effectively with global IT and EMEA teams to ensure all solutions meet global standards. + Maintain compliance with Zimmer Biomet’s global and regional IT processes and governance frameworks. + Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the role and apply them to approved UK initiatives. **What Makes You Stand Out** + Master's or Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience. + Building and maintaining strong relationships with business users at all levels and facilitating change. + Experienced working as a business analyst and translating business requirements into IT solutions. + Strong communication skills – communicates clearly and concisely both verbal and written. + Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, going beyond what is asked for and applying own critical and technical thinking. + Possesses strong analytical skills to be able to quickly identify underlying problems and design solutions to these problems + Team player with a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness to changing inputs in a fast-paced environment + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed working environment. **Your Background** + Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. + Knowledge of commercial sales, CRM and incentive management processes. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with working experience as a business analyst. + Strong business analyst with demonstratable skills in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects. + Experience in reviewing complex data across disparate systems. **Travel Expectations** + Role is based in the UK with up to 15% travel.
