We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Expert IT Industrial Control within our IT – Sr Analyst – Industrial Control Systems (ICS) group based in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary support for Nexus, Field Mobility, Seeq and OSI PI (AVEVA) application modules.Assist Nexus, Field Mobility, Seeq and PI users and troubleshoot/coordinate issue resolution.Develop and support increasing levels of integration, data flow and data analytics for PI. Apply good data security practices across applications and domains.Testing and evaluation of new IT ICS technologies. Installation, administration and advanced troubleshooting of in the protected and the business network.Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation – assist users and troubleshoot/coordinate basic issue resolution for other major ICS applications reported through on-call.Actively participate in PI related ICS projects – including planning, managing, designing, and implementing.Coordinate projects with other stakeholders – various IT teams, business users, vendors etc.Collaborate with other OXY ICS resources.Develop documentation, Knowledge Articles, Standards, Best Practices, and Procedures as applicable.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree with relevant experienceBasic knowledge of AVEVA Pi HistorianBasic knowledge about software development languages (C#, Python, etc.)Basic knowledge SQL databasesBasic knowledge of Office 365 toolsExceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a collaborative environmentStrong work ethic and quick learner.
