Minimum requirements:
Matric Relevant tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering 7–10 years’ proven experience in Cyber Threat Management and IT Risk Management Applicable Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals; Microsoft 365 Certified) Solid understanding of LAN and WAN networks, network security, and patch management practices Strong working knowledge of VPN technologies and secure remote access solutions Experience with Office 365 cloud services, including hosted email administration Hands-on experience with Ubiquity and other Wi-Fi Access Points, as well as HP Aruba Switches and VLAN configuration Proficient in supporting and maintaining Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 environments Skilled in Active Directory administration, including user/group management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and organizational unit structuring Familiar with fiber optic connectivity and various network topologies Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities Ability to work independently and under pressure, while effectively managing multiple priorities Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across all levels of the organization Consultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
