The Role

Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems.Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.Policy Development: Create and maintain IT risk management policies and procedures.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Incident Response: Manage and respond to IT security incidents and breaches.Reporting: Prepare and present risk assessment reports to stakeholders.Training: Conduct training sessions on IT risk management practices for staff.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.


Who You Are

Technical SkillsDeep knowledge of cybersecurity and risk control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).Experience with risk assessment and mitigation tools and techniques.Familiarity with IT compliance regulations and standards such as GDPR and SOX.Ability to analyze and present risk data in an understandable manner to senior management.Experience in incident management and response to security events.Personal CompetenciesDetail-oriented and accurate.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proactive and able to work autonomously.Interpersonal and leadership skills.Education and ExperienceDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.Previous experience in IT process management or similar roles of no less than 4 years.Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Scrum, or other project management methodologies are valued.
