IT Quality Senior Analyst - Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Quality Senior Analyst to join our EMEA Digital Transformation team. This role blends Quality Assurance and process coordination responsibilities, focusing on managing the use case lifecycle, coordinating change requests, improving inter-functional processes, and performing essential QA / Tech BA tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within a regulated financial services environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Use Case Management:** Oversee the lifecycle of use cases within our area, ensuring they are clearly defined, documented, and maintained. This includes gathering requirements, analyzing user needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and refine use cases.
+ **Change Request Coordination:** Manage the end-to-end process for change requests related to existing use cases. This involves evaluating the impact of changes, coordinating with development, QA, release management, and production support teams, and ensuring smooth implementation.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Perform essential QA tasks, including test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting. Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
+ **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements to existing processes within our functions (development, QA, release management, production support). Focus on enhancing collaboration, communication, and efficiency.
+ **Technical Business Analysis:** Ensure functional and technical requirements are adequately captured for new and existing functionalities.
**Required Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of proven technology experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
+ Basic understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies.
**Desired Skills**
+ Experience with KNIME or other low-code platforms.
+ Literacy in Python or Java programming languages.
+ Basic understanding of Linux concepts.
+ Knowledge of regulatory reporting and corresponding IT ecosystem.
+ Familiarity with Citi standard regulatory reporting tools (RegInsight, Insight).
