IT QA - Test Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our software products through systematic testing and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze system specifications and requirements • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand features and functionalities • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and/or automated test cases • Identify, record, and track bugs using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) • Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing • Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective • Ensure compliance with QA processes, best practices, and standards • Provide detailed reports on software quality and test coverage • Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment **Basic Job Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8-10 years of experience in software testing or QA roles • Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies • Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools • Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus • Basic understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Good communication and teamwork skills **Other Job Requirements** • Proof of U.S. citizenship is required. **Preferred Qualifications** • ISTQB Certification or equivalent • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) We are an equal opportunity employer.
