WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are an alternative fund manager with an innovative mindset, where technology is a key lever for efficiency, security, and scalability. We want to add a transversal figure to the team that connects strategy, execution, vision, and action.
As IT Projects, Security & Product Manager, you will join SAM's global Technology team, within the Alternative Products area, with the aim of leading and accelerating the technological transformation necessary to achieve the business's strategic objectives.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Lead technological projects transversally: from cybersecurity to internal tools, infrastructure, or digital product. Understand risks, timelines, priorities, and know how to move pieces to make progress.Design, coordinate, and implement technological improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.Manage corporate cybersecurity (policies, risks, controls, compliance).Coordinate with technology providers (infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity).Translate business needs into viable and secure technological solutions.Analyze and define KPI processes and their impact on business objectives.EXPERIENCE
+ 10 years of experience in business projects in large and complex organizations, leading the interaction with various business stakeholders.+ 5 years of experience managing technology teams in projects related to software development, infrastructure, and architecture.Proven experience in the banking sector (IT consulting, fund managers, financial entities...).EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree. Preferably technical or higher engineering, Computer Science, or professionals with proven experience in the aforementioned areas.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
