Responsibilities: * Support day-to-day operations of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met * Track and manage project budgets, including expense reporting and invoice reconciliation * Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on track * Maintain and update project documentation and reports * Utilize project management tools (e.g., SmartSheets, Asana) to monitor task progress * Analyze data using Excel to support budget tracking and project planning * Assist in identifying process improvements within the IT project lifecycle
