The IT Project Senior Technology Lead for Citi's transaction Testing platform is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Team/Function Overview:

Transaction Testing End to End Solution offers technical capabilities at scale that will improve transaction testing process and enable larger sample testing at increased frequency utilizing modernized and optimized technical infrastructure

Technology is focused on improving the data architecture and how data is managed front-to-back through placing more controls on SOR data, ensuring complete lineage, mapping of data to end-points, testing our results and simplifying through application migrations.

Responsibilities:Oversee the platform, day to day requests, long term projects, and strategy of the teamEliminate waste in the SDLC process.Ensure your platform is fully compliant to Citi’s compliance, security and audit policiesEnsure system stability through enhancement/maintenance periodsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Qualifications:

Significant relevant experience_ managing Consent order technology regulatory projectsExperience with Function as a Service platforms.Proven experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to the final productExperience working with streaming data architecturesExperience with designing and deploying container-based servicesAbility to engage and work closely with stakeholders from partner technology, business and operationsAbility to develop good working relationships with peer groups and managementAbility to distribute / allocate work within the team depending on project complexity and resource availabilityAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities efficientlyAbility to work with minimum of supervision and deliver work on targetStrong communication skills. Articulate in both written and verbal communicationGood negotiation skills and an accomplished solution provider and problem solverExperience on Agile MethodologyTechnology development experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics is preferred
