Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties 

We are looking for a colleague to join our team who will be responsible for project coordination specifically in the public sector. The main responsibilities will include: 

Coordinating the project team 

Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects 

Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget 

Coordinating a detailed project plan to track progress 

Reporting and escalating to management as needed 

Building relationships with clients and all stakeholders 

Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors 

Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. 

 

 

Candidate Requirements:

Education level 
University degree (bachelor’s level or higher) 

Language skills 
English – Upper-intermediate (B2) 
Slovak – Fluent 

Driving license 
Category B 

 

 

Personal Requirements and Skills: 

At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects is essential 

Strong communication skills 

Professional and pleasant demeanor 

Presentation skills 

Analytical thinking 

Leadership abilities 

Problem-solving skills 

Project management certification such as IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM, or similar is highly welcomed.
