Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LIMS Project Manager to join eLIMS-NG Business Integration and Rollout (BnR) Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the target of business transformation projects and validate the IT organization and governance that is necessary to deliver this target. It will include benchmarking the existing applications, understanding and challenging the business needs, building transition scenarios, communication, and support to end users and business stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that the system is utilized efficiently, meets the needs of the organization, and aligns with business objectives.
POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
Lead the full LIMS implementation project lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completionEnsure timely and within-budget delivery of the LIMS project while meeting the functional requirements and quality standardsMaintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to align expectations and obtain buy inDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelinesIdentify potential risks and issues related to LIMS deployment and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholdersFacilitate regular project meetings, maintain documentation and follow up on actions to maintain momentum.Drive continuous improvement in project management processesCoordinate management of resources and tasks to ensure availability/continuity of all logistics, materials and technologies necessary as defined by scope-of-services.Prepare, conduct and document lessons learned activities as a handover of project results for documentation.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years experience in Project management preferably with LIMS implementation
Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field.
