This team leads complex, high-profile digital and technology programs across the organization.Responsibilities: Oversee multiple enterprise-level technology and digital programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Lead and work indirectly multiple development teams, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent project health tracking. Provide executive-level communication and reporting, including risks, dependencies, and data-backed progress metrics. Support new product development, process improvement, and data/system migrations. Utilize advanced JIRA functionality for roadmap development, sprint tracking, and dashboard reporting. Facilitate Scaled Agile / SAFe practices, including PI planning, sprint planning activities, and story point sizing. Qualifications: 5-7+ years of program management experience, in large matrixed digital organizations. Strong background managing complex, multi-project programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
