Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the technology workstream of a multi-year building construction project. This role is responsible for coordinating internal technical teams and third-party vendors, including low voltage cabling, power, and construction partners-to ensure the successful delivery of IT infrastructure aligned with construction milestones. The ideal candidate excels in communication, stakeholder coordination, and managing cost, quality, and schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the planning and execution of IT deliverables within a large-scale construction project * Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet defined objectives * Coordinate with engineering leads and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT systems and services * Oversee procurement and tracking of hardware, software, and services required for project completion * Serve as the primary liaison for all IT-related communications among stakeholders * Ensure project milestones are met and reported accurately * Collaborate with technical leads on QA/QC processes and deployment documentation Core Functions: * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans * Manage all client communications and updates * Utilize workflow systems to track and communicate project progress * Coordinate with construction vendors and external service providers (e.g., ISPs, utilities) * Work with engineering leadership to assign field engineering resources * Assign and track project tasks in the service delivery system * Review and approve project-related timecards * Identify, escalate, and communicate project risks and changes
