At Parsons, our Project Managers are leaders who play a strategic role in defining a program’s scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and risks. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** + Apply knowledge, align skills, and use tools and techniques to drive a project to completion + Coordinate activities across multiple functional IT organizations + Plan for and deal with the challenges of interdependent integrations, rapid technology upgrades, and version changes that can occur throughout the project timeline + Understand hardware and software integrations, website construction, database storage and management, and also build complex and geographically diverse infrastructures and networks, all while planning for potential security and data risks **Required Qualifications:** + Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph + Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field + 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree + Active PMP certification **Desired** **Qualifications:** + 12+ years of experience + Strong attention to detail + Excellent communication skills + Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities **Security Clearance Requirement:** An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​ This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
