Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field within Information Technology. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project exposure. 8 to 10 years of experience in project or program management, including 5+ years on 4 , P a g e large projects. Project, program and portfolio management, business transformation and process improvement experience on large, complex enterprise systems and products. Strong collaboration and communication skills working with various stakeholders Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management methodology, with the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, manage resource allocations, and facilitate productive team meetings. Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with a Product Manager. Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on the big picture and delivering results. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the power to inspire teamwork and motivate project teams. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues through keen instincts and organizational Ability to manage business stakeholders' expectations and understand business processes and requirements to ensure project scope, business and technical requirements are clear, and agreed on, by each stakeholder.
