IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Project Manager at Marsh, you will lead and oversee our organization’s website compliance initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of website development processes, regulatory standards, and project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will partner with senior stakeholders across various functions and business units to create company-wide policies and provide guidance to the team.

We will count on you to:

Oversee Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional website compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Drive Projects to Completion: Lead initiatives from inception through to completion, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project objectives.Report on Progress: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, compliance metrics, and any challenges or risks encountered.Process Evaluation: Assess existing website processes and workflows to determine their effectiveness and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.Propose Enhancements: Develop and recommend process improvements and technological enhancements to optimize compliance and website performance.Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders from legal, marketing, IT, products, and other relevant functions to align project goals and ensure stakeholder needs are met.Methodology Application: Apply knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.Understanding of Website Development: Possess a solid understanding of how websites are built, including front-end and back-end components, to facilitate effective communication and project planning.

What you need to have:

Proven +5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in website development, compliance, or digital marketing.Strong understanding of website architecture, development processes, and content management systems.Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.Demonstrated ability to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Advanced Level of English is a Must
