Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (3 days/week on site)
Duration: 6-12+ months
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple initiatives in an enterprise environment. This role requires managing 3-5 concurrent projects, including CRM implementations, process improvement initiatives, and other technology-focused efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to partner effectively with business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage 3-5 concurrent IT projects, including CRM and process improvement initiatives, from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain alignment with enterprise financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with enterprise project management standards, processes, and governance.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, providing regular status updates and presentations to leadership.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows within IT and across business units.
Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of IT project management experience in an enterprise environment.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including CRM implementations and process improvement initiatives.
Strong budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
