IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (PM) to join the IS department of an AM 100 law firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing enterprise-wide applications and leading multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving projects to successful completion within scope, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage enterprise-wide application projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal teams, IT staff, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project goals.
Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery of projects.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise applications, project management software, and IT infrastructure.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Those role is hybrid to the firm's Philadelphia office. Compensation:
$50/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
