This position ensures that IT solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with state regulations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring project alignment with agency goals and technology standards. Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT initiatives. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks to ensure successful delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact between IT teams, state agencies, and vendors. Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation planning with business and technical teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports to leadership and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, security concerns, and compliance issues.
