We are seeking an **IT Project Manager.** The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion. IT Project managers can range from project/financial coordinators to senior level. They develop and manage project budgets; communicate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders; lead risk management and mitigation efforts; and gather, analyze, and report IT metrics.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Servant leader for projects and/or teams depending on project circumstances.
+ Strong understanding of both traditional, scaled agile and product software development and methodologies.
+ Results driven. Wants to find the next tasks to drive toward a solution and orchestrate project advancement.
+ Translate business objectives into execution strategy (strategic and tactical), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration.
+ Drive execution with little or no supervision.
+ Must develop strong partnerships with Business and IT leaders and program/portfolio managers to drive focus on the program’s objectives and optimize project/product delivery; will need to negotiate, define responsibilities, offer constructive feedback, remove obstacles and hold people accountable for delivering results.
+ Process expenses, create budget forecasts, address gaps in staffing, monitor and report on project progress and ensure proper communication is occurring within the program/portfolio.
+ Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including executive management and flex communication details and style for audience.
+ Ensure projects meet expectations with respect to architecture, functionality, quality and schedule.
+ Manage scope to meet project objectives in the specified timeframe.
+ Experience assessing risk, evaluating trade-off decisions, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
+ Knowledge of estimating techniques and tools.
+ Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
**What Skills You Need:**
+ A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology/management, or related fields are highly desired but not required.
+ 7+ years of industry experience, and 3+ years in a leadership position.
+ Proven ability to build, manage and control execution for programs in large scale in fast-paced environments.
+ Ability to lead in a team-oriented, matrix, multicultural environment.
+ Self-directed and strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks.
+ Proven communications skills to facilitate discussion at all levels both with Business and IT. Ability to influence without authority.
+ Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
+ Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ITIL and Waterfall frameworks.
**What Makes You Stand Out:**
+ PMP or PgMP.
+ Microsoft Project, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ITIL, Power BI and/or Sharepoint experience.
