IT Project Manager
Job Description

The Project Manager will support enterprise-wide IT project management initiatives, including a multi-year, multi-subsidiary ERP consolidation project. Oversee project intake, execution, and company-wide time tracking while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to optimize IT processes and systems across the organization.

The Project Manager reports to the Director, Business Applications and can be based out of Irvine, California or Bozeman, Montana.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP implementations and enterprise systems.Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-subsidiary IT projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.Proficiency in ERP platforms (NetSuite) and IT governance best practicesTravel to other locations as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in enterprise-wide PMO ownership, project intake processes, and time-tracking implementation.Familiarity with financial structures, intercompany markups, and master data management.Strong negotiation skills for vendor and licensing contract management.PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Enterprise-Wide Project Management:

Lead IT project intake processes and prioritization of initiatives across business units.Drive governance and execution of large-scale ERP consolidation projects, transitioning over $500M in operating revenue into a unified system.Ensure project milestones, risks, and budgets are effectively managed and communicated.Define project scope, budget, timeline, and expected outcomes in collaboration with executive leadership.Manage change control processes to effectively control scope.

PMO & Strategic Oversight:

Establish and manage a structured PMO framework to oversee IT initiatives across the enterprise.Develop and implement company-wide time tracking and resource management systems for IT projects.Lead project prioritization efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Oversee external contract project managers and internal teams across multiple phases of implementation.

Stakeholder & Executive Leadership Engagement:

Act as a key liaison between IT, finance, operations, and executive leadership teams.Present project updates, risks, and budget impacts to the Executive Steering Committee, including BU Presidents, CFOs, and IT leadership.Provide data-driven recommendations for IT investment decisions and system improvements.

System Implementation & Process Optimization:

Drive cross-functional collaboration for ERP implementation phases, including scoping, design, testing, training, go-live, and hyper-care.Ensure seamless integration of business processes across Lead to Quote, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Receipt to Fulfill, and Manufacturing.Conduct data transformation efforts to consolidate and normalize master data across multiple ERP systems.Analyze and validate system integration proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Ongoing IT Operations & Cost Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations and support for NetSuite ERP systems.Identify gaps in ERP functionality and source third-party solutions to meet business needs.

Pay Range:

$69,700.00 - $114,800.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
